Cartoonists Rights Network International is the human rights organisation specifically for cartoonists whose liberty or lives are threatened due to their work. 2015 will be remembered for the Charlie Hebdo attack but had that not occurred it still would have been the worst year on record for the persecution of cartoonists around the world. CRNI Board Member Terry Anderson presents the stories of several cartoonists who have been arrested, imprisoned or worse for the simple of act of creating cartoons
