If you’d like to help out with or take part in the Shrewsbury Cartoon Festival we’d love to hear from you!
We are always in need of volunteers to help the festival run smoothly, both on the day itself and also the run-up.
Duties aren’t too onerous and support is much appreciated. We need;
- Help in the weeks before to log, frame and hang the exhibitions
- Help in the square to put up and take down Big Boards
- Stewards in the square to help cartoonists with materials and direct the public
- Stewards to help cartoonists run talks and workshops
They’re simple things really but a vital part of the festival. Lunch is provided.
The Festival is a great fun day with a great atmosphere and we’re sure you’ll enjoy it! You get to interact with top cartoonists and immerse yourself in all aspects of cartoon art.
